Delhi Public School Aburoad represents a unique chapter in Rajasthan's educational story. As the first and only DPS school in the region to be established directly by the prestigious Delhi Public School Society, we carry a mandate that goes beyond academics: to ensure that the children of our community have access to the same quality of education available in India's finest cities.
Set against the dramatic landscape of the Aravalli Hills, our 20-acre heritage-style campus blends architectural beauty with cutting-edge infrastructure. Every design decision — from open learning spaces to specialist labs — was made with one purpose in mind: to create an environment where every child's potential is not just recognised, but unleashed.
We cater to students from Nursery to Class XII, welcoming children from diverse backgrounds and cities. English is our primary language of instruction, and students are encouraged to pursue foreign languages as their third language. Our curriculum blends the strength of Indian educational values with a genuinely international outlook.

When I was growing up in Abu Road, dreams always felt limitless — but opportunities often felt limited. I carried a simple belief all my life: where a child is born should never decide how far that child can go. That belief became the foundation of DPS Aburoad.
I have always believed that if you truly want to transform the future of a place, you begin with education. DPS Aburoad was never envisioned as just another school. It was born from a dream — that the children of our town should stand shoulder to shoulder with students from the finest institutions in the country.
My belief remains simple: if we build strong children, we build a strong nation. DPS Aburoad is our promise to this community. Our faith in its children. And this is only the beginning.

As a member of the Congregation of Christian Brothers, I have been fortunate to spend more than four decades in the field of education, serving in different roles — as a classroom teacher, Principal, Administrator, and later as Director of the Education Office that oversees several institutions across the country, including the well-known St. Mary’s School, Mount Abu.
Through these years, my belief about education has only grown stronger. Education, to me, is not merely about academic achievement. It is about nurturing the whole child. Every child carries within them immense potential, and the true purpose of a school is to ignite that potential.
At DPS Aburoad, I see education as a holistic journey — one that equips children not only with knowledge, but also with imagination, curiosity, confidence, and strong values. Mr. Dutta is an expert in the field of corporate governance, public policy and sustainability. He is co-founder of Thought Arbitrage Research Institute, and on the board of prestigious listed companies such as Zomato & HCL.
Mr. Abhimanyu Singh
IASOn deputation to Govt. of India, Mr. Singh worked for Ministry of HRD in Education and then as Joint Secretary, Elementary Education. He had been Director and an international consultant to UNESCO. He was team leader to review the flagship programmes on Education For All (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) and Mid-Day Meals in schools.

Having recently joined the board of two listed private sector companies, Ms. Amita Misra was the former Director and HOD of Regional programmes and field achievement at United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Headquarters.
Dr. (Ms.) Meeran Chadha Borwankar
IPS, DG Police (Retd.)Retired as DG, Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPRD) & National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB) at New Delhi. She has been the recipient of the President of India Police Medals twice and FICCI FLO & Golden Maharashtra ‘Woman Achievers Award’.

Mr. Dhanpat Singh holds an MBA from Wigan and Leigh College, Mumbai and is a successful entrepreneur with over a decade of experience working with multinational client organizations.
Mr. Vineet Sharma
Treasurer and Member,DPS Abu Road
Mr. Vineet Sharma holds an MBA from IIM (B) along with a BS in Marine Engineering from BITS Pilani and an LLB. He brings with him over 15 years of experience working with multinational and multi- cultural teams in India, Middle East and the US. Mr. Sharma brings his financial acumen to the post of Treasurer.
